US EPA Central Data Exchange Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) System
I worked with the Office of Pesticides and Toxics (OPPT) to help create an enterprise Java-based UI/business process framework for their effort to migrate all of their data exchanges between themselves and the chemical industry to a web-based, electronic system.
This system would allow industries to submit production usage data to OPPT at EPA via a web-based system.
I was lead developer in the design and development of the first such submission system under this new framework, the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) system.
Technologies used include: Spring security, Stripes framework, JBoss, Hibernate, JDBC, Maven/Apt, XML via JAXB, JUnit tests, HTML/JSP, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, RESTful services, RMI
