The MATS system allowed the EPA Inspector General office to conduct internal auditing of the government agency and generate reports to produce to US White House members and US Congressional staff.

Management Auditing and Transaction System

I contributed to the Management Auditing and Transaction System (MATS) with which the EPA can audit individual programs and program offices.

This system allows auditing officials to keep track of audits issued by the Office of the Inspector General of the EPA and aid them in gathering audit information.

MATS is also used by the auditing officials to generate statistics and Congressional reports.

Technologies used include: PHP, MySQL, and Oracle 10g
